Weekly Home Inspection: checking your house inside and out, insuring your heating and a/c system is working, looking for signs of water intrusion, pests and vandalism, are some of the areas covered in this service. A detailed report is given each week, and you are notified for approval if further action is needed.
Keyholder Alarm Response- In case your alarm is triggered, we will respond to the call as the keyholder.
Contractor Support: We have found the right people to do the job: from electricians, plumbers and painters, to exterminators, house cleaners and landscapers, we will cost, arrange and supervise the projects you need done.
Party Staffing: Need a bartender or a server for you next party? We will provide a professional and experienced staff for you.
Grocery Delivery: Shop, deliver, stock fridge and cabinets.
